book. post 1.

so this week in media class we are talking about books. i remember when i was young i really didnt like reading, and then one day my mom came back from costco with the harry potter book for me. in hopes that i would be like everyone else my age love it and start reading. and surprisingly it worked. i loved it! i never did finish the series but i got through the first four and they go me excited to read. i like the story of harry potter but more importantly to me now is that it ignited a love for reading and imagination within me. thank harry potter, and thanks mom.
